  • Photo colorization and recoloring

  • Image restoration

  • Background editing or removal

  • Custom visual modifications based on customer instructions

All services are digital, customized, and made to order. No physical products are sold or delivered.

2. Eligibility and Legal Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent

  • You own the images submitted or have full legal rights to use and modify them

  • The submitted content does not violate any laws, copyrights, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to refuse service if any submitted material is unlawful or violates these Terms.

3. Order Submission and Acceptance

  • Orders are placed through our website by submitting images, instructions, and payment.

  • An order is considered accepted once payment is successfully completed.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that contain unclear instructions, prohibited content, or technical limitations.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing clear, accurate, and complete instructions

  • Submitting images of reasonable quality

  • Responding promptly to clarification or revision requests

Delays caused by missing information or delayed responses may affect delivery timelines.

5. Custom and Creative Nature of Results

Due to the artistic and creative nature of photo editing:

  • Results may vary based on image quality and feasibility

  • Exact outcomes cannot be guaranteed

  • Subjective preferences do not constitute service failure

We commit to delivering professional, reasonable results aligned with the original instructions.

6. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed on service pages or communicated during ordering.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays caused by revisions, unclear instructions, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

7. Revision Policy

  • Reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise stated.

  • Revisions must be based on the original order instructions.

  • Requests that significantly change the scope of work may require a new order.

8. Refund Policy (Digital & Customized Services)

Because our services are customized and digital, refund eligibility is limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8.1 Refunds May Be Approved If:

  • The order has not yet entered production

  • We fail to deliver the service without valid explanation

  • The final work clearly and objectively does not match the original instructions and cannot be corrected through revisions

8.2 Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

  • Work has already started or been completed

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery

  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal taste or subjective preference

  • The customer provided unclear or incorrect instructions

  • The customer fails to respond to revision requests within a reasonable time

8.3 Refund Request Procedure

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests must include a clear explanation and supporting details

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in service refusal for future orders.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, customers receive usage rights for the delivered edited images

  • Customers retain ownership of their original images

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written opt-out request is submitted

11. Prohibited Content

We do not accept images that contain:

  • Illegal or criminal content

  • Explicit sexual material

  • Hate speech or abusive imagery

  • Content infringing on intellectual property rights

Orders containing such content may be canceled without refund.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from original image quality or misuse of edited images

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

13. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services at any time

  • Update these Terms without prior notice

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
